DCSWA Virtual Happy Hour with the Appalachian Science Communicators

Spring has sprung, vaccines are rolling out and there’s a whiff of hopeful optimism in the air. Though we’re not quite ready to gather together at our favorite watering holes, we can still come together virtually and raise a glass in the hopes of seeing each other soon.

We’re once again taking a break from Zoom and meeting on Gather Town, a virtual event space that we’ve used for past gatherings. It’s what you would expect if the original Legend of Zelda video game had a bar you could sneak into after a tough dungeon boss fight…
