micro1 is looking for experienced medical and scientific publication authors for a remote contract project building AI-assisted tools for medical and scientific writing.

– Title: Clinical Publications Author

– Pay listed: $50–$80/hour, independent contractor

– Location: Remote

The work:

– Author and review realistic evaluation tasks based on peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks

– Judge whether AI-generated draft sections follow journal guidelines and publication ethics (ICMJE, GPP, CONSORT/STROBE)

– Check scientific accuracy and trace claims back to source data (CSRs, protocols, TFLs)

– Write clear, structured rationales for each assessment

Preferred background: 5+ years of medical/scientific publication authoring (sponsor, CRO, MedComms agency, or independent), lead-authoring peer-reviewed manuscripts, and an advanced life-science/pharmacy/medical degree or equivalent experience. No prior AI experience needed.
