It’s a party!
On Saturday, February 13, DCSWA will host one the science writing world’s largest annual events — the science writer party that accompanies the AAAS annual meeting! This year’s party will be at the National Press Club in downtown DC. All DCSWA members and all AAAS newsroom registrants are invited to attend for free!

Our party planning committee includes chair Sarah Schroeder, venue lead and master of logistics Sandra McLean, and committee members Jana Goldman, Teresa Shipley, Gabriel Popkin (DCSWA president), Kasha Patel (DCSWA vice president), Tiffany Stecker (DCSWA secretary) and Michael Newman.
